The website and the Android app are separate

The Android app stores learning progress on your device and does not require an account for core learning. This website offers public practice guides and an optional launch reminder for parents and educators. Website signup does not connect to app progress.

What the launch list stores

If you request a reminder, we store your email address, confirmation status, consent version, and request and confirmation dates. Email addresses are encrypted in our database; verification and removal tokens are stored as hashes. Do not submit a learner’s personal details.

How email works

Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts the website in Mumbai, India, and Amazon Simple Email Service delivers confirmation messages. Messages are sent from support@numberstride.com. We use your email only for the confirmation and requested launch reminder. We do not sell your email or use it for advertising profiles.

Confirmation, removal, and retention

Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after expiry during scheduled cleanup. Every confirmation email includes a removal link, which deletes the launch-list record after you confirm removal. Confirmed records are retained for at most 12 months. Email delivery providers may retain operational records under their own policies. You may also request access, correction, or deletion at support@numberstride.com.

Cookies and basic server information

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party fonts. The service processes your IP address to serve pages and deter abuse; application rate limits store a keyed hash rather than the raw address. NumberStride’s Nginx access logging is disabled. Its error logs rotate daily, with 14 retained copies. Application logs contain startup messages and sanitized error types. Hosting infrastructure logs may contain connection information and follow the server’s retention settings; access is restricted to operators.

Children’s information

Learning content can be used without registration. The website mailing list is intended for parents and educators; it does not ask for a child’s name, age, school, or learning record. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact support@numberstride.com so we can remove it. No age-range selection is used.

Purchases and external links

Google Play handles Android purchases under its own terms and privacy policy. Website launch signup is free and collects no card details. External sites operate independently.
